General Cole, what's that black/grey/red gun next to the FF?

I'll have some pictures soon, just posting the guns I have for now; some are my cousin's, some are mine, but I only nerf with him and a couple other kids and we generally share guns

scrapped peices of a crossfire and a FF
2x NF (One's mine, modded)
2x SSPB (Mine, soon to be modded)
1x Titan/hornet/scout
